You find our hotel resort in the heart of the Lofoten Islands, in picturesque Mortsund harbour. In a place where fishermen once spent the season in rorbuer built at the water’s edge you will treat yourself to a truly authentic Lofoten experience.

When renting a cabin here, you will relax in an environment characterized by saltwater and wood, changing lights and cozy indoors. Every rorbu is special, many have their unique history. Our cabins offer up to three bedrooms and feature ensuite bathrooms and kitchenettes. Ask for a private balcony. You can catch your meal right at your doorsteps or book dinner at our restaurant.

Mt. Middagstinden waits for you to enjoy the sensational view over our bay. Leknes airport is within reach, and so is the Hurtigruten stop at Stamsund harbor (20 minutes each). Popular destinations on the Vestvågøy island – such as the Haukland and Unstad beaches, Mt. Skottinden or the Viking Museum are just a stone’s throw away.
